Con l’acquisto di un biglietto, il visitatore accetta le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita.
Per l’acquisto di biglietti relativi a eventi con data prestabilita non si applica il diritto di recesso previsto dalla normativa sui contratti a distanza.
Ingresso e posti a sedere
Il biglietto dà diritto all’ingresso all’evento prenotato.
Posti non numerati. È possibile scegliere liberamente il posto all'interno della categoria acquistata, in base alla disponibilità al momento dell'arrivo.
Si prega di arrivare puntualmente. Per garantire il regolare svolgimento del concerto, non sarà possibile accedere alla sala dopo l’inizio della manifestazione.
Regolamento relativo all’età
Gli eventi di The Castle Concerts sono destinati a visitatori dagli 8 anni in su.
I minori di 16 anni possono partecipare esclusivamente se accompagnati da un adulto.
Annullamento e rimborso
I biglietti acquistati non sono generalmente rimborsabili né modificabili.
Qualora un evento venga annullato per motivi organizzativi, tecnici, di sicurezza o per altre circostanze impreviste, il prezzo del biglietto verrà rimborsato integralmente.
Sono esclusi ulteriori diritti o richieste di rimborso, in particolare per spese di viaggio, alloggio o altri costi indiretti.
Modifiche al programma
Ci riserviamo il diritto di apportare modifiche al programma, agli artisti o agli orari, purché tali modifiche non alterino sostanzialmente il carattere dell’evento.
Condizioni meteo
In caso di maltempo, l’aperitivo si svolgerà negli spazi interni del castello.
Arrivo e parcheggio
Si prega di notare che i parcheggi direttamente davanti al castello sono a pagamento e disponibili in numero limitato.
Consigliamo, ove possibile, di raggiungere il castello a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici.
Responsabilità
La partecipazione all’evento avviene sotto la responsabilità del visitatore.
L’organizzatore risponde esclusivamente nei casi previsti dalla legge per dolo o colpa grave.

Foto e riprese video
Durante l’evento potranno essere effettuate fotografie e riprese video a fini di documentazione e promozione di The Castle Concerts. Con la partecipazione all’evento, i visitatori prendono atto che tali immagini potranno essere utilizzate sui nostri canali di comunicazione e marketing.
Disposizioni finali
Si applica il diritto italiano.

Ticketkauf
Der Ticketverkauf erfolgt über CiaoTickets.
Mit dem Kauf eines Tickets akzeptieren Besucher diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.
Für den Kauf von Eintrittskarten zu Veranstaltungen mit festem Termin besteht kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht.
Eintritt und Sitzplätze
Das Ticket berechtigt zum Eintritt der jeweils gebuchten Veranstaltung.
🪑 Freie Platzwahl innerhalb der gebuchten Zone bei Ankunft.
Bitte erscheinen Sie rechtzeitig. Um einen ungestörten Konzertablauf zu gewährleisten, ist nach Beginn der Veranstaltung kein Einlass mehr möglich.
Altersregelung
Die Veranstaltungen von The Castle Concerts sind für Besucher ab 8 Jahren vorgesehen.
Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren dürfen die Veranstaltung nur in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen besuchen.
Absage und Rückerstattung
Gekaufte Tickets sind grundsätzlich von Umtausch und Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen.
Sollte eine Veranstaltung aus organisatorischen, technischen, sicherheitsrelevanten oder sonstigen unvorhersehbaren Gründen abgesagt werden, wird der Ticketpreis vollständig erstattet.
Weitergehende Ansprüche, insbesondere Reise-, Unterkunfts- oder sonstige Folgekosten, sind ausgeschlossen.
Änderungen des Programms
Programm-, Besetzungs- oder Terminänderungen bleiben vorbehalten, soweit diese den Charakter der Veranstaltung nicht wesentlich verändern.
Wetterbedingungen
Bei Schlechtwetter findet der Aperitif in den Innenräumen des Schlosses statt.
Anreise und Parken
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Schloss kostenpflichtig und nur begrenzt verfügbar sind.
Wir empfehlen – wenn möglich – die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß.
Haftung
Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.
Der Veranstalter haftet nur für Schäden, die auf vorsätzlichem oder grob fahrlässigem Verhalten beruhen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold via CiaoTickets.
By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to these Terms and Conditions.
No statutory right of withdrawal applies to tickets purchased for events taking place on a specific date.
Admission and Seating
The ticket grants admission to the booked event.
Free seating within the booked zone upon arrival.
Please arrive on time. To ensure an uninterrupted concert experience, admission is no longer possible once the event has begun.
Age Policy
The Castle Concerts events are intended for visitors aged 8 and above.
Children and young people under the age of 16 may attend only when accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation and Refunds
Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Should an event be cancelled due to organisational, technical, safety-related or other unforeseen reasons, the ticket price will be refunded in full.
Any further claims, including travel, accommodation or other consequential expenses, are excluded.
Programme Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, cast or schedule, provided that the overall character of the event is not substantially affected.
Weather Conditions
In the event of bad weather, the aperitif will take place in the indoor areas of the castle.
Arrival and Parking
Please note that parking spaces directly in front of the castle are limited and subject to charges.
Whenever possible, we recommend arriving on foot or by public transport.
Liability
Attendance at the event is at the visitor's own risk.
The organiser shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy

Photography and Video Recording
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes of The Castle Concerts. By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that such recordings may be used on our communication and marketing channels.
