In caso di bel tempo, l'aperitivo viene servito nell'incantevole giardino del castello. In caso di maltempo, si terrà negli ambienti interni del castello.
Quando si svolge l'aperitivo di benvenuto?
L'aperitivo è disponibile presso il bar dalle 19:15 alle 19:45. A partire dalle 19:45 invitiamo gentilmente i nostri ospiti a prendere posto nella sala del concerto, affinché lo spettacolo possa iniziare puntualmente alle 20:00.
Quali bevande sono incluse nell'aperitivo di benvenuto?
È possibile scegliere liberamente tra vini bianchi e rossi locali e bevande analcoliche.
È possibile portare le bevande nella sala del concerto?
Per motivi di sicurezza non è consentito introdurre bevande o bicchieri nella sala del concerto. Vi ringraziamo per la comprensione.
A che ora inizia il concerto?
Il concerto inizia puntualmente alle ore 20:00. Consigliamo di prendere posto con qualche minuto di anticipo, poiché dopo l'inizio del concerto non sarà più possibile accedere alla sala.

Sì. Il concerto si svolge indipendentemente dalle condizioni meteorologiche nel cortile rinascimentale coperto di Castel Mareccio. Solo l'aperitivo viene trasferito negli ambienti interni del castello in caso di maltempo.
I posti sono assegnati?
No. All'interno della categoria di posto acquistata, i posti sono a scelta libera. Consigliamo di prendere posto fin dall'apertura della sala per assicurarsi la posizione preferita.
È possibile entrare in ritardo?
Per rispetto degli artisti e del pubblico, dopo l'inizio del concerto non sarà più consentito l'accesso alla sala.
Qual è l'età minima per partecipare?
L'età minima per partecipare è di 8 anni. I minori di 16 anni devono essere accompagnati da un adulto.
È consentito scattare fotografie o registrare video durante il concerto?
Per rispetto degli artisti e del pubblico, durante il concerto non sono consentite fotografie, riprese video o registrazioni audio.

È possibile uscire dalla sala durante il concerto?

Posso cedere il mio biglietto a un'altra persona?
Sì. I biglietti non sono nominativi e possono essere ceduti liberamente ad altre persone.
Posso annullare il mio biglietto?
Ai sensi della normativa vigente per gli eventi con data prestabilita, non è previsto il diritto di recesso. I biglietti acquistati non possono pertanto essere annullati o rimborsati.
Devo acquistare un biglietto anche per il mio accompagnatore?
Gli ospiti che necessitano dell'assistenza di un accompagnatore possono richiedere gratuitamente un biglietto per quest'ultimo. Vi invitiamo a contattarci con sufficiente anticipo e a trasmettere la relativa documentazione.
Gli animali sono ammessi?
Gli animali non sono ammessi, ad eccezione dei cani di assistenza.
Cosa succede in caso di annullamento dell'evento?

Bei Schönwetter genießen Sie den Aperitif im idyllischen Schlossgarten. Bei Schlechtwetter wird dieser in den Innenräumen des Schlosses serviert.
Wann findet der Willkommens-Aperitif statt?
Der Aperitif kann zwischen 19:15 und 19:45 Uhr an der Bar abgeholt werden. Ab 19:45 Uhr bitten wir unsere Gäste, ihre Plätze im Konzertsaal einzunehmen, damit das Konzert pünktlich um 20:00 Uhr beginnen kann.

Zur Auswahl stehen regionale Weiß- und Rotweine sowie alkoholfreie Getränke.
Können Getränke mit in den Konzertsaal genommen werden?
Aus Sicherheitsgründen dürfen Getränke und Gläser leider nicht mit in den Konzertsaal genommen werden. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.

Das Konzert beginnt pünktlich um 20:00 Uhr. Wir empfehlen, rechtzeitig Platz zu nehmen, da nach Konzertbeginn kein Einlass mehr möglich ist.
Wo findet das Konzert statt?
Das Konzert wird im überdachten Renaissance-Innenhof des Schlosses Maretsch aufgeführt und findet daher bei jeder Witterung statt.
Findet das Konzert auch bei schlechtem Wetter statt?
Ja. Das Konzert findet unabhängig von der Witterung im überdachten Innenhof des Schlosses statt. Lediglich der Aperitif wird bei Schlechtwetter in die Innenräume des Schlosses verlegt.
Gibt es freie Platzwahl?
Ja. Innerhalb der gebuchten Zone gilt freie Platzwahl. Wir empfehlen die Plätze rechtzeitig bei Saalöffnung einzunehmen um sich die bevorzugten Plätze zu sichern.
Ist ein verspäteter Einlass möglich?
Aus Rücksicht auf die Musiker und das Publikum ist nach Konzertbeginn kein Einlass mehr möglich.
Welche Altersvorgaben gelten für die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung?
Alle Gäste müssen mindestens 8 Jahre alt sein. Minderjährige unter 16 Jahren müssen von einem Erwachsenen begleitet werden.
Darf ich während der Vorstellung Fotos oder Videos machen?
Aus Rücksicht auf die Musiker und das Publikum sind während des Konzerts Foto-, Video- und Tonaufnahmen nicht gestattet.
Sollte das Handy während der Veranstaltung ausgeschaltet werden?
Um den Musikern und dem Publikum einen ungestörten Abend zu ermöglichen, bitten wir darum, das Mobiltelefon auf lautlos zu stellen.
Darf ich während der Vorstellung den Konzertsaal verlassen?
Wir bitten darum, den Konzertbereich während der Aufführung nur in dringenden Ausnahmefällen zu verlassen.

Kann ich Tickets vor Ort kaufen?
Tickets können ausschließlich über unsere Homepage (thecastleconcerts.it) oder über CiaoTickets erworben werden.
Kann ich meine Tickets auf eine andere Person übertragen?
Ja, die Tickets sind nicht personengebunden und können problemlos an andere Personen weitergegeben werden.
Kann ich Tickets stornieren?
Gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für Veranstaltungen mit festem Termin besteht kein Widerrufsrecht. Bereits gekaufte Tickets können nicht storniert werden.
Muss ich ein Ticket für meine Begleitperson kaufen?
Gäste, die während der Veranstaltung auf die Unterstützung einer Begleitperson angewiesen sind, können ein kostenloses Ticket für ihre Begleitperson erhalten. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns rechtzeitig vor der Veranstaltung und senden Sie einen entsprechenden Nachweis mit.

Where does the Welcome Aperitif take place?
In good weather, the Welcome Aperitif is served in the castle's charming garden. In the event of bad weather, it will be served inside the castle.
When does the Welcome Aperitif take place?
The Welcome Aperitif is available at the bar between 7:15 pm and 7:45 pm. From 7:45 pm, we kindly invite our guests to take their seats in the concert courtyard so that the concert can begin promptly at 8:00 pm.
Which drinks are included in the Welcome Aperitif?
Guests may choose freely between regional white and red wines as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
May I bring drinks into the concert hall?
For safety reasons, drinks and glasses are not permitted inside the concert courtyard. Thank you for your understanding.
What time does the concert begin?
The concert begins promptly at 8:00 pm. We recommend taking your seat in good time, as late admission is not possible once the concert has begun.

Is seating assigned?
No. Seating is free within your booked ticket category. We recommend arriving when the concert venue opens to secure your preferred seat.
Is late admission possible?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late admission is not permitted once the concert has begun.
What is the minimum age to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
May I take photos or videos during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, photography, video recording and audio recording are not permitted during the concert.
Should I switch off my mobile phone?

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are available exclusively through our website (thecastleconcerts.it) or via CiaoTickets.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets are not personalised and may be transferred to another person without any restrictions.
Can I cancel my ticket?
In accordance with applicable legislation for events with a fixed date, there is no right of withdrawal. Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require the assistance of a companion during the event may request a complimentary ticket for their companion. Please contact us well in advance of the event and provide the relevant documentation.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled, the full ticket price will be refunded.

The venue is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Whenever possible, we recommend travelling by public transport or on foot.
The castle is located approximately a five-minute walk from Bolzano's city centre.
Is parking available?
Paid public parking is available near the venue. Please note that these parking spaces are not reserved exclusively for guests attending our concerts.
